Making an Order

Send an Email listing the items you want to order and include the following:

- name and Address that the order should be sent to

- contact Number (mobile phone)
- description of the Items, measurements and any additional requirements

Conditions

1. Place an order for consideration (look above)

2. If accepted you will be contacted with the total price including shipping along with the details needed to transfer the payment into my Bank account. I will also let you know the estimated completion date

3. Once the payment clears on my account I will begin creating the items

When placing an order you must remember that you are entering a contract between you the customer and me the supplier.

Additional Info:

SHIPPING - I use a fast and reliable postal service (shipping normally costs between 40 and 50 EUROS)

COMPLETION DATE - This will be decided once order has been placed

WARRANTY - I use only the best quality materials for my items and they all come with a 3 month warranty. If there are any problems within this time you need to e-mail a good quality picture clearly showing the fault and a description of problem. Once received I will contact you to discuss the matter.
